Hello and welcome! My name is Tiara Armstrong and am a holistic-based Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor and an EMDR trained therapist. I specialize in helping women of color overcome intergenerational wounds and cultivate a healthier, more authentic relationship with self. With the use of holistic-based modalities & integrative therapeutic approach I will cultivate a healing environment for you that leads to self-exploration and growth from within. Addressing the mind-body connection as a focal point of our therapeutic process, I’ll provide you with tools to help you meet your therapeutic wellness goals and create the life you desire.
