Hello and welcome! My name is Tiara Armstrong and am a holistic-based Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor and an EMDR trained therapist. I specialize in helping women of color overcome intergenerational wounds and cultivate a healthier, more authentic relationship with self. With the use of holistic-based modalities & integrative therapeutic approach I will cultivate a healing environment for you that leads to self-exploration and growth from within. Addressing the mind-body connection as a focal point of our therapeutic process, I’ll provide you with tools to help you meet your therapeutic wellness goals and create the life you desire. It is my belief that through intentional healing, focus, and discipline we can become the co-creators of our existence and manifest our best selves in the midst of facing any mental and emotional adversities.
